About Our Products
Hemp (Cannabis sativa) is a natural plant fibre that has been used for thousands of years. Unlike synthetic fibres, hemp is biodegradable, naturally antibacterial, UV-resistant, and gets softer and stronger with every wash. Our hemp is sourced from the Himalayan region where it grows naturally without pesticides.
Absolutely. Our bags are made from 100% natural hemp, dyed with non-toxic natural dyes (or left undyed), and packaged in recycled/biodegradable materials. Hemp cultivation itself requires 50% less water than cotton and enriches the soil — making it one of the most eco-friendly fibres on Earth.
Fresh hemp has a mild, natural, earthy scent that fades completely within a day or two of first use. Think of it like new wood — pleasant and natural, not chemical.
Yes! Every single bag is handcrafted by skilled artisan families in and around Manali, Himachal Pradesh. Embroidery is done by hand, handles are woven by hand, and no two pieces are 100% identical — that is the beauty of authentic craft.
Orders & Shipping
Within Himachal Pradesh: 1–2 days. North India: 3–5 days. Rest of India: 5–10 days. We dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days of placement.
Yes! Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping anywhere in India.
Yes. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your courier name and tracking number. You can also track your order at any time on our Track Order page.

Returns & Refunds
7 days return policy for unused items in original condition.
Email us at info@hemphimal.com with your order number and reason. We will guide you through the process within 24 hours.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Amount is credited to your original payment method.
Items that have been used, washed, damaged by the buyer, or are missing their original packaging cannot be returned.
Payments
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, popular Wallets via Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Yes. All online payments are processed through Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We never store your card details.
If the order has not been shipped yet, contact us immediately and we will try to accommodate the change.
Care & Maintenance
For most bags: spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry in shade. Do not machine wash unless the product label specifically says it is safe to do so. Do not tumble dry or iron.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid damp environments. If storing long-term, stuff the bag with tissue paper to maintain its shape.
Hemp fibres are very stable. Minor shrinkage (2–3%) can occur if soaked in hot water, but normal spot cleaning will not affect the shape or size.
